Matrescence, the transition to motherhood, is one of the most profound life changes a woman can experience. Co-create a safe container to attune to ourselves, share our truth and find support
-
Include guided exercises, movement and breathwork to enhance self-awareness and release stress and tension
-
Explore a range of issues relevant to this significant adjustment period
-
Offer healthy coping skills and tools
